About Cosmic Detailing

Cosmic Detailing isn’t just another wash-and-go service — we specialize in ceramic polishing, multi-stage paint correction, and advanced odor removal that actually gets to the root of the problem. From stubborn smoker smells to deep grime, we use professional-grade ozone and sanitization machines designed to neutralize odors at their source, not just cover them up.

What sets us apart is training, experience, and standards. Every team member goes through detailing education and certification to minimize mistakes and deliver results with precision. We don’t cut corners or take shortcuts — when a job calls for it, we hand-buff, refine with specialized pads, and go all the way up to 3-stage paint correction to restore damaged finishes as close to factory quality as possible.

Our interiors don’t just look clean — they’re sanitized, neutralized, and treated with products that are environmentally safe for both your car and the world around us. Every chemical we use is carefully selected for performance and safety, and our equipment is powered by battery systems whenever possible to reduce emissions (generators are used only when necessary).

Cosmic Detailing is also about convenience and trust. For most jobs, we bring the shine to you. Only for major restorations or 4-stage buffing do we ask customers to bring their vehicle to our personal shop. We’re upfront about limitations — not every paint can be restored perfectly — but we’ll always deliver the absolute best results possible.

And we’re not stopping here. Our mission is to grow beyond detailing into a full automotive perfection center, with future plans to expand into vinyl wraps, advanced coatings, and a dedicated professional shop.

1. Service Agreement

By booking services with Cosmic Detailing, the client agrees to the terms outlined in this agreement. This includes all policies regarding vehicle condition, personal property, payment, and liability.

2. Vehicle Preparation Requirement

  • The client must remove all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service.

  • This includes (but is not limited to):
    trash, clothing, valuables, paperwork, weapons, electronics, and loose items.

If the vehicle is NOT cleared out:

  • Cosmic Detailing reserves the right to:

    • Delay or refuse service

    • Or proceed at technician discretion

  • Any remaining items will be:
    👉 Collected and placed into a bag or container inside the vehicle

  • The client is responsible for:

    • Sorting, organizing, and verifying their belongings after service

3. Personal Property Disclaimer

  • Cosmic Detailing is NOT responsible for:

    • Lost, damaged, or misplaced personal items left in the vehicle

    • Items that fall into crevices, vents, or under seats during cleaning

  • The client assumes all responsibility for any belongings left in the vehicle.

4. Pre-Existing Damage

  • The client acknowledges that the vehicle may have:

    • Scratches, stains, worn surfaces, failing clear coat, cracked plastics, etc.

  • Cosmic Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including:

    • Damage that becomes more visible after cleaning

    • Weak or deteriorated materials that fail during normal detailing

5. Service Limitations

Detailing is a restoration and improvement service, not a repair service.

We do NOT guarantee:

  • 100% stain removal

  • Complete odor elimination

  • Full pet hair removal

  • Perfection on heavily neglected vehicles

Results vary depending on condition, materials, and time allocated.

6. Pet Hair / Excessive Dirt / Biohazard Conditions

  • Heavy contamination (pet hair, mud, bodily fluids, mold, etc.) may result in:

    • Additional charges

    • Or refusal of service if unsafe

7. Interior Product Policy (Safety Clause)

  • Cosmic Detailing DOES NOT apply Armor All or overly glossy interior dressings.

Reason:

  • These products can:

    • Create slippery surfaces (safety hazard)

    • Attract dust

    • Cause long-term material degradation

We use professional-grade products that provide:

  • Factory-style matte finish

  • UV protection

  • Safe, non-greasy surfaces

8. Exterior & Ceramic Protection

  • Any sealants, waxes, or ceramic sprays applied:

    • Are temporary protective layers, not permanent coatings

    • Longevity varies based on environment and maintenance

9. Add-On Services (Transparency)

Services such as:

  • Ozone treatment

  • Extraction

  • Ceramic protection

May be:

  • Included as agreed

  • Or occasionally provided at technician discretion

No additional services are guaranteed unless stated.

10. Time & Condition Disclaimer

  • Service time is based on:

    • Vehicle size

    • Condition

    • Level of contamination

Severely neglected vehicles may require:

  • More time

  • Or may not reach expected results within standard pricing

11. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed

  • Accepted methods: Cash, Card, Digital Payment

Failure to pay may result in:

  • Refusal of future services

  • Collection action if necessary

12. Cancellation Policy

  • Please provide reasonable notice for cancellations

  • Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future service

13. Right to Refuse Service

Cosmic Detailing reserves the right to refuse service if:

  • The vehicle condition is unsafe

  • Biohazards are present

  • The client is uncooperative or unreasonable

14. Acknowledgment of Agreement

By booking and receiving services, the client acknowledges that they:

  • Have read

  • Understand

  • And agree to all terms in this agreement
